When can i visit ?

Emergency Care ?
We recognize that emergency situations do arise and we shall do everything in our power to respond as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises within work hours, please visit the clinic immediately. We make provisions for patients with emergency needs to be attended to as quickly as possible.
If an emergency does arise while clinic is closed, call 08037091379 and we will make arrangements to handle your immediate problem.
How can i cancel an Appointment?
If for some reason you can not meet up with your eye care appointment, please call our office and notify us as soon as possible.
Can i visit without Appointments?
We will attend to patients with or without appointments who come into any of our branches. However, booking an appointment saves you some waiting time.
Insurance ?
Eye and vision insurance is intended to cover some, but not necessarily all costs for your eye care and eye wear. If you have eye or vision insurance, bring your insurance/ H.M.O. cards. We shall work with you to ensure you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
